Heart Health Education: Women Take Heart

Did you know that Heart Disease is the #1 cause of death for women?  But there is hope!  You can lower your risk.  

 

Too many women don’t know their cholesterol, blood pressure, and glucose levels, and may be at high risk for heart disease.   


Join The Hope Heart Institute and Citrine Health to celebrate your commitment to feeling your best.Engage in an interactive conversation with experts on heart health, nutrition, exercise and other heart health issues.

The evening will include light dinner, health screenings and sessions with experts in nutrition, fitness, and goal setting. Nursing students will do cholesterol, blood pressure, and glucose screenings. Screenings are open to women only, but dinner and presentations are for the whole family.
