Heart Health Education at The Hope Heart Institutealt

Through education, The Hope Heart Institute aims to promote wellness and prevent disease. Programs bring current research, treatment procedures and prevention strategies to all ages in an interactive, relevant and empowering way.

The Hope's primary prevention education addresses four goals:

1. Build awareness for cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and risk factors.
2. Equip our communities with knowledge, skills and tools to prevent and manage CVD.
3. Connect people to health-related resources.
4. Confront the rising crisis of childhood obesity by addressing the role lifestyle choices play on the structure and function of the cardiovascular system.
