Business Take Heart & Wellness Challenges

Our Business Take Heart program focuses on creating opportunities for employees to improve their health while at work. Hope Heart staff are available to help businesses implement the following:

  • Develop or improve wellness committees
  • Coordinate presentations and workshops
  • Motivate employees to participate in wellness challenges
  • Connect with local resources and partners

We also offer a variety of 30-day wellness challenges, which include:

  • Water Challenge
    • Drink 8 glasses of water daily
  • Fruit & Vegetables Challenge
    • Eat 5-10 servings of fruits & vegetables daily
  • Fitness Challenge
    • Develop weekly, personal fitness goals
  • Stress Management Challenge
    • Identify and manage personal stressors daily
  • Sleep Challenge
    • Monitor sleep habits
